Can I have more than one account with CannonBet?
You can only have one account in CannonBet, multiple accounts are not allowed in the Website.
How can I see the history of my bets?
In order to view your bets, please enter the section "Balance", then "Bet History". Choose the bet period and status in the open window and click “Show” button.
I have forgotten my username and/or password. What shall I do?
In order to reset your password please click on "Forgot Password?" at the top right corner of the website and follow the instructions. If you have forgotten your username, please contact our Customer Support Service by sending an е-mail to Email address [email protected] and your username will be recovered once your identity is confirmed.
How do I place a bet?
When you have already chosen the event you want to bet on, just click on the game outcome you want and the bet you’ve chosen will appear in the bet slip on the top right corner of your screen. Once the bet slip has opened, enter the amount that you wish to bet, and the bet slip will automatically calculate your potential winning. Click on "Place bet" to make your bet. The bet amount will be deducted from your account balance.
How can I see whether my bet was accepted?
Once you have confirmed your bet by clicking on "Place bet" in the bet slip, you will receive confirmation of acceptance, if the bet has been placed successfully. Each bet you place will appear in your account under "Bet History". Please note that a bet, once placed, can no longer be cancelled.
I placed a bet by accident. What shall I do?
Unfortunately once you have confirmed your bet by clicking on "Place bet" the bet is accepted and can no longer be cancelled. Check your choice once more before you make a bet.
What bet types can I place in Cannonbet?

What is the minimum and maximum stake I can place?
The minimum bet you can place is 0.5 EUR. The maximum bet is 2,000 EUR for single bets and 1,000 EUR for the combo bets. The maximum winning amount of any bet must not exceed 10,000 EUR.
